SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) -- A system failure at the West Valley City printing facility is to blame for subscribers of The Salt Lake Tribune, Deseret News and Provo Daily Herald not getting their papers delivered on time Saturday morning, according to reports from those publications.
